Fourth Paragraph:

a. People Involved: Israelis tourist, foreign tourists, Israelis, and the Government.

b. Type of Leader: Bureaucratic & Autocratic leader.

c. Identify Problem: The problem starts from the lack of security for tourists visiting Israel. Then he sees as the Israeli government washes its hands of healthcare cleaning at the airport.

d. Solution: A successful solution would be to use the taxes of citizens to invest in tourism, as it is a big source of income where you can recover your investment.

d. The best solution for this problem is: To establish a claim to the company Aeroflot, then pay the arrears due to go to my destination.
